What treatments are offered at Mindler
At Mindler we offer several forms of therapies, but only therapies within Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is an umbrella term for a host of interventions such as ACT, CFT and our blended treatment model. You can find out more about each type of treatment below by clicking the links.
ACT stands for acceptance and commitment therapy, and focuses on accepting and embracing all difficult thoughts and emotional states instead of fighting them.
Mindler offers blended treatment, which is the combination of therapy sessions with a clinician and self-help programmes, which the patient can complete in their own time between sessions.
CBT stands for cognitive behavioural therapy, and is commonly used to treat a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.
CFT stands for compassion-focused therapy, and is a novel form of psychotherapy to help treat severe and enduring mental health problems in individuals who live with high levels of self-criticism and shame.
