Mindler has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery within our business and supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our dealings and relationships. 2. Our Business and Services Mindler UK provides digital mental health services, including online therapy, mental wellness tools, and resources via a website. Our services are primarily delivered via digital platforms and apps, and our workforce includes clinicians, IT support, customer service staff, and business operations professionals.
3. Our Supply Chains Our supply chains are relatively low-risk but include partnerships with:
Software and technology providers
Cloud hosting and data storage companies
Professional services (e.g. legal, marketing)

We are aware that risks may still exist, especially in technology-related supply chains, and outsourced labour.
4. Policies and Governance We are committed to ethical practices and have implemented policies that reflect our stance on modern slavery, including:
Whistleblower Policy
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Recruitment policy and procedure
All employees are expected to adhere to these policies and report any concerns related to unethical conduct.
5. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment Prior to establishing any partnership agreements, Mindler UK will conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of suppliers’ operational practices to identify and mitigate potential risks of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking within their supply chains.
Where higher-risk suppliers are identified, we may:
Request additional information or audits
Terminate contracts if non-compliance is found
6. Training and Awareness We provide training to key staff, particularly those involved in procurement and HR, to ensure awareness of the signs of modern slavery and how to report concerns. We also provide educational materials to promote awareness across our wider workforce.
