1. Download the app
Download the app and create your account. You will get to answer some questions about your current state of mind.
2. Book a video session
Choose a therapist and a time that suits you. Single sessions are £119 each. Pay with credit card or by using a code.
3. Read and carry out exercises
Between sessions with your therapist, you work with iCBT programs in the app.
Online therapy
You choose who you want to talk to. Everything is carried out through video calls in the app – secure and always accessible.
Short waiting times
With Mindler, you avoid long waiting times that often occur at health centres.
iCBT
Between sessions with your therapist, you can work with material in the app – it’s great to combine the two. With our iCBT material, you can learn more about your problems and do exercises that will help you move forward.
