Invoicing

Since Mindler does not have a contract or payment agreement with Menzis, it is not possible that Mindler invoices directly at your insurer. It is necessary to submit your invoices yourself at your insurance to get this reimbursed.

Costs

At this insurer you pay both costs for own risk and a part of your own contribution. The price depends on your policy. Mindler will also cover a part of your treatment to reduce the costs for you as a client.

You will receive an invoice from Mindler:

Have you been in treatment since 2024? Then you pay 88.41%, this is insured. Your insurer can deduct a personal contribution.

Have you been in treatment since 2025? Then you pay 85%. Your insurer will reimburse a maximum of 75% depending on your policy. Your insurer can also deduct a personal contribution.

Example calculations

Example calculation if you have already had treatments in 2024 and are still in treatment to date:

2024 = (Menzis reimburses 88.41%)

€440,- (total amount of Infomedics invoice)

€272,- (Own risk)

€117,- (paid Menzis)

- €51,- (discount 11.59%)

In total you pay your deductible with the part that Menzis reimburses = 389,- (to be paid to Infomedics)

Example calculation if you have been in treatment since 2025

2025 = You pay 85% Menzis, reimburses only 65%)

65% is Reimbursed. The costs for own contribution are the costs you have to pay yourself. These costs are displayed down below:
