What is a sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by us, who has or potentially will have access to, or process Personal Data of customers.

Mindler uses certain sub-processors to facilitate the administration of our business and to assist it in providing our services to our customers. Mindler engages different types of sub-processors to facilitate the administration of our business and to assist perform various functions as explained in the table below.

Mindler entities

The following entities belong to Mindler group. Mindler headquarter is located in Sweden. Accordingly, different entities may function as sub-processors to provide the Services.
