1. Get started
Download the app, register an account and choose between available time slots and psychologists.
2. Pay for your session
Either you can pay privately for therapy or get it covered by your insurance. Currently we only have a cooperation with DSS.
3. Meet your psychologist
When it’s time for your appointment, your psychologist will contact you in the app.
What happens during your first appointment?
During your first appointment, you and your psychologist will talk about what you will address in therapy. After you will make a plan together and find the best course of action for you.
iCBT courses are available in the app 24/7 to support you between meetings with your psychologist.

Speak to a psychologist quickly, easily and securely
In our app, you will find digital therapy programmes (so-called iCBT programs) that you can work on by yourself or in combination with your psychologist-led treatment. We have programmes that are focused on specific problem areas such as stress, health anxiety, panic etc.
To gain access to our iCBT programmes, you must first book a meeting with one of our psychologists. The psychologist will then help you choose the right programme for you.
