When should I ask for help?
Seek help when your psychological problems have become so serious that what usually feels good no longer gives you relief. Trust your own feelings and don’t underestimate them. A small event in your environment can create a deep inner crisis. Often people ask for help with a problem that turns out to be much more serious than they expected. Here are some examples of when it is time to contact us:

Will I see the same psychologist for every appointment?
Yes, your psychologist remains the same throughout your treatment.
How much does it cost to use Mindler?
Each session costs €45.
Can I use Mindler abroad?
Yes, you can use Mindler anywhere, as long as you have good internet connection with video and audio.
How old do you have to be to use Mindler?
To use Mindler, you must be at least 18 years old.
